Well, seriously, sweating while exercise really can release our stress/pressure, sometimes before I exercise, I was having a heavy headache, at first I thought of not to go exercise but stay at home, at the end I still go, after I sweat like had jumped into a water, wow...my mind clear, my headache gone, my whole body is so light.....
I love exercise as my daily routine, I'll do yoga, pilates, bike spinning, dancing, gym workout, running. That's why I must go to my gym club near my house everyday, it's already a daily routine for me. OMG.....
Songs is important to me while I am doing my exercise, that's why my ipod shuffle is my best companion, it is very important for me while I was running on my treadmill for that one and a half hour. If one day I've forgotten to bring it, then I may not have the mood to run..shit
Some people may don't like to exercise, because of lazy? because of no time? Maybe you shall arrange a time, to start your exercise, it is really good for health, for your own health, not for others... Maybe your kids should be arrange to exercise too, rather than to just keep holding their ipad on their hands to swipe swipe swipe.....
Before I end here, can I share with you guys some songs I used to listen while I was on my treadmill....really feels their beats, really feels motivated while running...feeling so damn powerful !!!
